Adult-use retail license applications close

The Cannabis Control Commission says social equity applicants must file interest-holder change requests by November 6, 2026. The adult-use retail license portal closes November 23, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Eastern, and all materials, including final zoning approval, are due then. Majority owners must finish NCIC background checks by December 4, 2026.
