Vote on marijuana legalization authority

November 3, 2026

Vote Idaho lists the 2026 general election for Tuesday, November 3, 2026, and describes HJR 4. A yes vote would let only the Legislature legalize marijuana, narcotics, or other psychoactive substances, and would remove citizen initiatives on those subjects. A no vote would leave those citizen initiatives in place.
